interest you. In order to hold a place, you must send your registration and payment. This assures us a full class. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm $39.00 per person Thursday, October 4, 2007 - "Come On Over for a Casual Company Supper" Serving Shrimp and Grits with Applewood Bacon, Tarragon Deviled Eggs, Salad of Cantalope, Honeydew and Blackberries with Buttermilk and Peanut Dressing, topped off with Lemon Spiced Bread Pudding for dessert Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm $42.00 per person Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - "New Orleans Night" If you've always wanted to know how to create a Fabulous Gumbo, making an authentic roux, come on out - for a Gumbo prepared with Andoulle Sausage, Seafood and Chicken, French Bread, Spinach Salad with Raspberry Dressing, Flaming Bananas Foster served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
